Absolutely. Every Leaflure product is 100% cruelty-free, never tested on animals at any stage of development or production. We are certified by PETA India and Leaping Bunny.

No. Leaflure formulas are free from parabens, sulphates (SLS/SLES), synthetic fragrances, phthalates, and mineral oils. Every ingredient is on our published inclusion list.

Yes — our products are formulated to layer. The recommended order is: cleanser → serum → moisturiser (morning: add SPF). We have a compatibility guide on each product page.

All Leaflure products are 100% vegan. We use no animal-derived ingredients. Our Kumkumadi oil is entirely plant-based.

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders above ₹499. This covers all pin codes we deliver to across India.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for ₹99. Metro cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai typically receive orders in 2 business days on standard shipping.

Yes. You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order is dispatched — typically within 24 hours of placing your order. You can also track under My Account → Orders.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Email hello@leaflure.in immediately with your order number. After dispatch, we cannot cancel.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return on all products. Items must be unused and in original packaging with the seal intact. If you have a reaction to a product, please contact us — we handle these differently.

Email returns@leaflure.in with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange a free pickup within 2 business days. Do not send products back without contacting us first.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product. Amounts are credited to your original payment method — bank account, card, or UPI.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost within 24 hours of confirming the issue.

Directly from verified farms. Kumkumadi from Kashmir, Ashwagandha from Rajasthan, Bhringraj and Neem from Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. We visit every supplier farm at least once annually.

Our key botanicals — Kumkumadi, Ashwagandha, and Bhringraj — are certified organic by India Organic. Not all ingredients have this certification, but all are third-party tested for purity and pesticide residues.

We do use preservatives — specifically phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin at safe concentrations. No water-containing formula is safe without them. We choose the gentlest effective options. What we avoid are parabens and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives.
