1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing leaflure.in or placing an order with Leaflure Beauty Pvt. Ltd. ('Leaflure', 'we', 'our'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use this website or our services.
2. Products and Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We do not guarantee the availability of any product and reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is out of stock, with a full refund.
3. Orders and Cancellation
You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting hello@leaflure.in with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our Returns Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, error in product description or price, or violation of these terms.
4. User Accounts
Creating an account requires accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at hello@leaflure.in. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, formulations, and design — is owned by Leaflure Beauty Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable Indian copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
6. Product Disclaimer
Our products are formulated for general use and are dermatologist-tested. They are not medicines and do not treat, cure, or diagnose any medical condition. If you have a skin condition, consult a dermatologist before use. Results may vary. Perform a patch test before first use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leaflure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of that product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
