Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery Partners
We ship with Delhivery, Blue Dart, and Shiprocket across all serviceable pin codes in India. The carrier is assigned automatically based on your location and delivery tier for the fastest available option.
Order Tracking
You will receive an SMS and email with your tracking link once your order is dispatched — typically within 2 hours of dispatch. You can also track under My Account → Orders. If you haven't received tracking details within 24 hours of your expected dispatch date, contact hello@leaflure.in.
Estimated Delivery Times
Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 2–3 business days on standard shipping. Tier 2 cities: 3–4 business days. Tier 3 cities and rural areas: 4–6 business days. These are estimates — actual delivery may vary based on carrier capacity and weather.
Undeliverable Packages
If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery at no additional charge, or issue a full refund if you prefer. We hold returned packages for 30 days before disposing of them.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us within 48 hours at hello@leaflure.in with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement dispatch within 24 hours.
